1. Run the game and disable cerberus network if you turned it on
2. Download the DLCs you want and click on the exe file to install them
3. Download and use the MassEffect2DLCUnlocker (Credits iNatan/Leo Natan) to
unlock your DLC's. Just double click on your internet adapter and a second screen
will pop up, select yes and your done.
